Ayelor Capability statement · Rev 2026-08

Statement of purpose

Small, senior, and accountable to an auditor.

Ayelor builds the systems an organization was told AI would fix, then hands them over documented, owned by your team, and defensible in review.

Most firms sell a strategy and deliver a deck. We build the thing itself and hand over the keys. The work is done by the people who scoped it — there is no bench, no handoff to juniors, and no stage at which the engagement becomes someone else's to explain.

We take on small businesses and public-sector teams as readily as large ones. The constraint is never headcount; it is whether the problem is real and whether someone inside wants it solved.

Engagements are scoped to end. Documentation, credentials, and operating procedure transfer at handover, and the system runs without us. We are not trying to live in your org chart.

Scope of services

Three lines, each held to the same standard of proof.

§1

Marketing systems

Positioning, demand generation, and the measurement underneath them. Built to compound and assessed against pipeline rather than impressions.

Positioning · Website · Google and Meta · Content · Attribution

§2

AI and automation

Voice and workflow agents wired into the work already being done, with human approval retained on any path that moves money. Includes Hope, our HVAC-trained voice operator, where the sector fits.

Voice reception · Missed-call recovery · CRM automation · Workflow redesign

§3

Data and reporting

One source of truth, then the answers on top of it. Dashboards are the last step of the engagement, never the first.

Warehousing · Reporting · Forecasting · Unit economics

Method

Diagnose, build, hand over.

Stage one

Diagnose

A short, direct engagement to establish where time and margin actually go — usually not where anyone expects. Findings are written down before anything is built.

Stage two

Build

Senior delivery, measured in weeks. The deliverable is working software or working process, reviewed against the findings from stage one.

Stage three

Hand over

Documentation, credentials, and procedure transfer to your team. The system is defensible to an auditor and operable without us.

The same method, with the documentation burden treated as part of the deliverable rather than an afterthought.

Describe the problem that keeps slipping.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe the bottleneck; we tell you whether it is worth solving and roughly what it costs. If it isn't worth solving, we say so.
