Ayelor · Design direction · August 2026

Three directions. Each changes the skeleton, not just the paint.

Both current builds — the Vercel one and ayelor.com — run the same template underneath: near-black ground, one gold accent, monospace section numbers, gradient-glow panels, one long scroll. These three are worked out as full pages so the difference is visible rather than described.

Direction ADispatchOpen →

The trade office, not the tech deck. Manila stock, condensed caps, nameplate blue. Job strip instead of a nav bar, findings as ruled rows with status chips, the eight pieces as a parts inventory, Hope as an equipment nameplate.

Direction BSchematicOpen →

Show the system as a system. Blueprint indigo, mono only. The loop is an actual drawing — nodes, connectors, dashed return path, numbered notes on leader lines, title block as the footer.

Direction CRegisterOpen →

Institutional, for the public-sector door. Paper, oxblood, serif. Double-rule masthead, two-column abstract, § clauses, and a register of particulars with the unresolved entries marked pending rather than hidden.

Direction A · in motionDispatch, movingOpen →

A with movement: masked headline reveal, SYSTEM split per letter, eight drifting line-art props on scroll parallax, and the findings chips flipping Broken → Fixed as each row enters view. CSS transforms and IntersectionObserver — no motion library.

Recommendation: A as the main site, C as a separate public-sector page, B's diagram folded into A as one section.

No gold, no gradients, no blur, no glow in any of the three.

Fonts are system stand-ins. The real faces — Trade Gothic Condensed No. 18 or Söhne Schmal (A), Monument Grotesk Mono or Simplon Mono (B), Lyon Text or Freight Text Pro (C) — are licensed, and that is a real line item before build.

Two things unresolved: which legal entity name the footer carries, and whether the "at capacity, no phone sales" framing stays — it currently argues against the missed-call product we sell.
